I perform yoga most days alone at home for 30-50 minutes. Some days I focus on Meditative breathing and stretching while other days breathing and postures for strength and balance.
I have a few limitations due to arthritis and injury. My body is sagging, wrinkly and looks like a dad bod. If youre not concerned with my nude appearance and need a partner for a non judgmental yoga practice then lets chat. I have no body judgements just looking for A compatibile yoga bud.
