Apps in Europe?

While I enjoy my interactions with the people I've gotten to know here on TS, I don't tend to manage to meet folks readily from here, especially if I'm on the road.

In recent years, when traveling in western Europe (UK, Iceland, France, Germany, Spain, and Netherlands most recently), I used the Squirt.org mobile site to more-quickly meet people and find fun cottaging, saunas, and other places to play with friendly men.

While it was convenient, I could tell that Squirt traffic from local folk wasn't so high, probably due to language or other reasons. Scruff often seemed busy, but seemed delimited somewhat to an English speaking cohort.

What sites are popular across Europe for when traveling is safer again?
