Prefer someone with plumbing/contractor skills (want to install a washer line) as well as minor tasks (ceiling fans, tub refinishing, swapping out faucets, etc.). I'm looking for the same thing. I've actually got a couple things I want to do to my bathroom, install new shower, move some plumbing (just up, not across the room haha), and is tall mini split AC units. Let me j ow if you find someone. Thanks!
