I am looking at maybe ordering this one, 25mm wide. Pretty sure will look awesome.
I do wear one regularly that is about 14mm wide. Sure the extra 10mm must be awesome.

I believe 30mm would be too wide.
I have four 40mm internal diameter rings that have a 6mm thickness so that comes to about an inch all up. Since they are smaller than the 45mm one they are tighter to put on and wear but since I can do them in stages that is okay and, once on, they are going nowhere. Not as much weight though, but still a definite push outwards and pleasant movement when unrestricted by tight clothing.
Under a swimsuit, wearing two (for 1/2" width) gives the best look; adding more tends to wiegh down the package and the rings can be noticeable through the fabric at the top. Two only cannot be seen, just the effect!
One alternative that may work would be 1" with underneath reducing to 1/2" at the top. Extra push but still invisible under briefs.
I do have a doughnut stainless steel cockring. I didnt go to bigger than 12-15mm wide.
Its 40mm inside diameter too.
Just been wearing it at Haulover. Only bad look from the guy next to me.I wasnt really sure at first since it was really crowded and I did not see anyone wearing one. But later. I saw a guy with a thin metal one, and another guy with a kind of black bracelet pretty thin too.
Now I have been wearing it for almost 4 hour. Feels so great.
