I find that I'm having the same problem.
Chose a size you can comfortably get one ball through. Get that
ball through and pull the sack through as much as you can. I find
the second ball retreats inside me if the ring is too tight. But I
can find it and push it through the ring. Once both balls are
through the penis can follow. I find a slightly smaller ring works if
I'm warm and the sack is loose.
