I borrowed a swinger friends Jewel butt plug and they are not comfortable at all if you have a smaller ass and butt cheeks that AR somewhat tight together. If you have a much looser set of butt cheeks then it's probably fine but for me it was just too bulky and too much metal to be sitting on. It was pressing hard into the inner part of my butt cheeks and butt crack that it was very uncomfortable. As for the butt plug in the picture, yes I can sit with it on it is attached to a cock ring and the joining part runs along your taint. It's extremely comfortable and one that I wear virtually every day unless I wear the purple, triple ball but plug that is somewhere in my profile pictures.
I had bought a set of jeweled butt plugs that came small, medium, and large. The small was too small and the large was only comfortable short-term. So I decided to wear the medium sized one to work.
