Telling the difference

When a foreskin is pulled right back the cock can look cut. And some cut men have enough skin to pull over the head (I played with a couple on holiday recently). But when they cut the foreskin they also take the fraenum. That is a fold of skin that connects the head just behind the hole to the inside of the foreskin. You can see mine in the group photo.
