About shvddck

Just a normal guy with fairly vanilla tastes. Love being outside and esp. naked when possible. Not a lot of ways to do that where I live... sigh. Have lost almost 90 pounds in the last 10 years just by deleting refined sugar, bread, diet-drinks from my diet and it was soooo easy. My life is so much easier not hauling all that weight around.
