Friends and contacts have alerted me with great panic about having seen

Sorry, unless I make it clear I want my pics elsewhere, I don't want them used and other people making decisions about where they are!
Unfortunately this is the internet, and once you post pictures anywhere on the net you're liable to have those downloaded by someone, saved and posted elsewhere. Chances are by the time you find them on one site they've already been posted to dozens of others. If you really don't want to see your pictures elsewhere the only safe thing to do is; not post them in the first place.
