I have gaydar cockradar peepingtomdar and I can't believe he's not going to fuck me. I have never been observed in the flesh without knowing I was being observed. In order for this to work...peepholes hidden cameras or two way mirrors would be the likely means. Most gay guys are really good at seeing who lurked and hid too. Here's the thing. If the OP is truly from Libya, he may be using the vernacular (and of course not in his native language). In much of the world, gay people are regarded as something of a different creature (often much lower status of human). He is apparently fascinated by the idea of seeing to guys having sex.
I've had sex in so many semi-public places that it's likely that I was observed by somebody who I wasn't aware of. For example, you really can't be aware of everyone around you in a sex club when you are actively engaged in sex. Likewise, I've watched guys having sex who weren't aware of me watching. But this happens in places where there is a lot of sex going on. I've also watched guys from afar on remote beaches, and I've probably been seen there by someone far away.
As far as somebody filming me, I'd have the same reaction as nudistpig. Destroy the phone/camera.
