When we're at the nudist resort, it usually starts out as "accidental." She's naked all day; and while she's socializing, being active or just sunning, she'll bend over, squat, sit/stand legs open, etc... And she's not always going to be fully aware of her pussy being exposed.
But when she becomes aware, and depending on her mood and the setting at that time, she might make a conscious decision to stay exposed. It's totally deliberate. All of our nudist friends and even some random people have seen my wife's pussy completely exposed. And I think she's gotten a kick out of it; although she's never openly admitted it.
