As the group Admin hasn't been on TS for two years there is no chance of you getting photos into the group album. Only he can approve them.

This is how to get them into a group discussion like this. The pic has to be in your profile. Click on your chosen pic to get the big pic. Then right click on the big pic and chose Copy. Next come here and reply to a topic in the usual way. If you enter text hit return to put the curser below the text. Then click on the insertimage icon above the text box (the blue square on the right). A small box appears above the text box. Right click in its text strip and chose Paste. Hit OK and your pic should appear.
Readers will see a small icon like this. They click on the icon to get the full picture. You can use the edit function to add more pics or text.
