You can get some different things to accomplish this task, anything from an enema to an old fashioned hot water bottle. Of course never use hot water. Luke warm works well for me. Once you are good and clean, then apply a desensitizer cream. This can be purchased at an adult store or online. Only takes a little. Give this about 5-10 min to work. Now you're ready to start with a toy. Start small and use plenty of lube on the toy and your asshole. Even push some in using your finger (s). Once you feel comfortable with that toy, then you can move up to one a little bigger. Have a variety of lengths and girth.
