I occasionally go to a large outdoor group sex party held once a month at a local resort, usually about 60-70 buck naked guys there at any given time and tops always outnumber bottoms by far. Okay, I'll give the bottom boys out there (and tops too) a tip that may help even though I feel a little weird talking about this.
I'm a total top but always keep myself cleaned out and have for many years. Why? Because I live naked and always keep my ass just as clean as any other part of my body and because when I wear clothes in public I never wear underwear. So after I use the toilet I always shower and use soap and a finger up my ass to get squeaky clean. (It's also healthy and controls weight gain not to have days old stuff clogging up your insides. This is why people have gas problems).
So here's how I always stay clean inside. Many years ago I discovered that if I took a small amount of regular Metamucil (mix only a teaspoon or less in a little water) each night before bed then the next morning when I "take care of business" before showering everything I consumed from the previous day is expelled. No fuss, no muss and I never have to go again until the following morning. This means I never need to use public toilets or facilities other than my own. I can't imagine having to use a toilet other than where I can shower afterwards. If you want to try this it will take about 3-4 days to get rid of all the old stuff inside, then continue with it each night and you'll always stay cleaned out.
Metamucil is not a laxative although sold in that section. This small amount each night will not give you diarrhea!
Trust me, once you discover how much easier and cleaner this makes this function of life you'll never go back to not using this routine. : )
How do you guys prep before anal play? I personally use an enema bulb to cleanse myself before any anal play. To me, it's a form of foreplay.
