I've thought about that.... although I've never seen one where the employees are also nude. It would be a dream come true!
I've stayed at Cypress Cove, a mixed nudist resort near Orlando. It's privately owned, and I've seen someonw who I believe to be an owner or maintenance chief, working nude. I was so envious!
