I asked this in TrueNudists. After 36 responses I found Most are right handed and most hang to the left. Details are: left hand hang left = 5; right hand hang left = 18; Left hand hang right = 3; Left hand hang right = 10. I didn't get any info on which ball hangs lower.

I do dress to the left, left testicle is much larger than the right so hangs lower, and I'm right handed.
My partner who is much more endowed than I and is definitely a shower dresses to the right without underwear, his left testicle hangs lower, and he's right handed. When he wears underwear he pulls his cock straight up so the head rests just under the elastic...when I asked him why he just said it was something he always did...?
Left handed and also hang to the left by default. I sometimes position myself to the right to balance the wear or something. Dressing to the right might make things more prominent, perhaps due to the natural inclination to return to the left.
