Yes, I wear a kilt or similar - the shorter the better with no underwear. When sitting I splay my legs for anyone opposite to see up my kilt. A bonus is that the ladies ask if there is anything under my kilt and often ask me to prove there is nothing (only me). I've even had to lift it for an airport security check. If the kilt is very short my bits inadvertently dangle into vies if I bend over or if someone is following my upstairs. And I have real fun on a windy day.
