Return to DiscussionsI usually work a lot with leather stuff. I've made a number of cock rings and straps from leather. I've also added some metal rings with the leather for some fun things to wear as well. Just recently, while doing some metal work, I found a nice piece of bronze and got inspired to make a cock ring out of that. I decided on making a ring to fit around the head. With the tools and equipment I had it just seemed to be the best way to start. Plus I've been wanting a heavier head ring anyhow. So I wanted to share with you guys what I've done so far. You can see in the pics that I made the ring with flat sides like a big "nut". I was going to grind it all smooth and round, but I kind of like how this looks. What do you guys think? Should I keep the facets or grind it smooth and round.
(I still have some smoothing and polish work on this one, but I thought I'd share some pics of how it looks now)

I think I might round the sharp corners and edges a little for safety sake, and round the edges of the hole just a tad again for safety. The esthetic look overall is very nice and should be quite a centerpiece for conversation. Like the look of the brass!
Update! - So I've smoothed and sanded each flat to give it a nice shine and eased off of each corner so it wouldn't be an issue. I made sure the inside was real smooth and rounded. It fits great and even with the corners left on I don't have any pinching issues. It feels comfortable and I love the weight (71g or 2.5 ounces) It stays on when totally soft too. I can get totally hard with it on without any excessive tightness. I just cant get my cock to stand straight up! I'm trying though.
