Then if its a tight ring I'll start by pulling one ball through. Usually thats not too bad. Then you need to pull and push the second ball through. Sometimes I'll grab the "bag" and pull that through first and then push the ball through.
Its a little hard to explain, much easier to show in person.

The most common cockring sizes in US measurements are 1.75, 1.875 and 2" diameter. Larger and smaller are available. If you ever travel near a store that sells them they will usually let you try them on. If you have large balls you may need a bit larger size than will fit tight against your abdomen. The usual technique is to push one ball through then the other ball and penis last. Best if you are flaccid. An alternative is a cockstrap, hich is more like a belt, snaps easily surrounding the whole package.
