Hi.I was cut at 26. It was my own decision as I never liked having a foreskin as it felt like everything was hidden away and I wanted it on show. Best thing I have ever done and I immediately felt more exposed and naked when seen by others. For me a cut cock has much better definition both soft and erect. Also feels more natural.
