Return to DiscussionsIt's fun being the only nude in mixed company. I spent a week in a nudist village in Lanzarote so it was OK being naked any time anywhere. But most of the others dressed in the evenings leaving myself and my friend as the only nudists. I put some photos in the album.
My friend and I had a nude holiday in Portugal last week and went on three nude beaches. They were all crowded but on two of them my friend and I were the only nudists. It was fun as a troop of about 15 young women ran down the beach, then back and settled very close to us for some starter tuition in surfing. The tutor sat between them and us so they were all looking our way when taking instruction. We made sure they saw us.

For about two hours, maybe longer. We had to leave when the tide came in. BTW the girls were getting quite good at surfing.

That is something on my bucket list. I've done it from the other
end - as one of the budding artists. We certainly did scrutinise
every inch of the model. The hardest parts are hands and faces -
and getting all the various parts in proportion. I remember one art
class in the late 70's in which the model caused a stir when
disrobing. He had a large butterfly tattoo where his pubes should
have been. Everyone let out a spontaneous gasp. Tattoos were uncommon in those days and shaved pubes even rarer.
I hope you have done it many times since. I've noticed that most nudists dress in the evenings. So I've often been the only one dining naked. Of course I just walk in naked carrying just my towel and my cash. If it's ok with the owner it's ok with me to be naked amongst all those clothed diners - men and women. They remember me which means even better service next time. In one place I did it during September and the welcomed me with a big (nude)hug when I went back in November.
Once when I was doing a clothing optional 5K run, it was cold outside really to cold to be nude. So knowing this as I exited the car I stripped completely and went to the clubhouse. There were probably 100 people there and I was the only one nude, this went on for about two-three hours. When it got closer to race time, more people undressed but even then the people who were not running stayed clothed. Real thrill there.
