When a man is naked his genetals are there for all to see. They even signal some of his inner thoughts. A lady is much more descrete with her genetals tucked away behind a narrow slit. Yes she can display if she wants to. But her really outstanding sexual assets are her breasts. Large or small, firm or mobile, they go before her. She can be naked by just taking her top off.
I've been thinking along similar lines lately and how, despite the differences, it largely balances out between the sexes. Except for arousal when the male is mich more obvious.
Once clothed, the balance does shift as society generally demands a penis be de-emphasised (of course, some of us here defy that to varying degrees) whereas breasts don't have to be de-emphasised and indeed can be emphasised so many situations to the appreciation of most.
