I've found that with slipknots I can tie myself up. I just slip my wrist through the lose loop and pull. I do it so one hand canot reach the other. Spredegle is good, or like the pic I just uploaded. The more I struggle the tighter they get.
I have done it in bed with a vibrator strapped to my cock. I've also done it outside with the ropes looped round some objects and back to each side of my shorts. In that set up the only escape is by pulling on the ropes so they rip the shorts appart
