The consult turned into we can do it now, and I went for it. A Big Balls group seems like the perfect place to compare notes. Edit: added a little more detail below.
What is Scrotox? Its fairly new - most sources say it started catching on in the US around 2017. The clever name gives it away- this is Botox injections directly into the scrotum. Since Botox addresses wrinkles by paralyzing the muscles around them, allowing the deeper layers of skin to relax into smoothness, injecting into a defined area of the ball sack results in a relaxation of the musculature that contracts and pulls things upwards. Additionally, there is musculature that pulls the skin tight and makes for the overall wrinkled flat appearance that we men sometimes get- especially when cold or nervous. That can also be treated with injections to allow the skin to relax. I always liked how my balls look coming out of a hot tub- hanging low and smooth. This is what scrotox is intended to do. Results are supposed to last 3-4 months and then either be touched up or allowed to go back to normal. One thing that stood out to me were the reports of increased pleasure of both partners when slap of heavy balls is added to a good fuck. Ill update how it worked in a couple of weeks.

I figured it would be a male doing the consult, but it was with two really engaging and knowledgeable women. I was totally comfortable with it.
I was asked what Id most like to see my results look like- I wanted smooth and low. That guides where the injections are focused.
They always start with 50 units - and after it settles, may add a few more.
Going rate for Botox is 8-10 dollars per unit, so 500 is about the norm to start.
They took photos, slathered by balls with a numbing cream, and let it work for about 15 minutes
The injections took about 5 minutes, and I barely felt anything. Just like someone was lightly pinching the skin. I was holding my dick to keep it clear. I thought I was going to get hard at one point, but it passed.
Afterwards, a few spots of blood- no worse than a shaving knick. No pain at all.
Apparently takes a week or two for the results, so will post pics before and after.
