Return to DiscussionsI've heard of some guys injecting their ball sack with saline but it's dangerous and looks like one huge sack...doesn't look natural at all.A lot of guys do ball stretching which does make them hang lower (which I like and want too) so they appear larger.I take testosterone which tends to make your balls smaller over time. I do enjoy wearing a ball stretcher, but start out slow... I started out with a maybe 1" thick silicone small cock ring...very inexpensive then increase the thickness of the ring over time. Something else I like about wearing a ball stretcher is that if you freeball (which I do all the time) it gives you a really nice package!! lol And who doesn't want that!! It's a win - win situation.
yeah actually don't think you want to enlarge you balls but i think most of us admire and want larger sacks, i use to call them donkey balls because they hang so low.i don't work consistantly at ir but do use silicone bands for stretching but also think i need to use some weight. i have a few friends that have been gifted with some nice hanging ones and enjoy when they straddle my face and tease me with them.
Can anyone who has successfully enlarge your balls share the idea of doing it. It will be very appreciated. Thank you................this is a strange subject, I had never thought about, but why mess with your balls or sack, being a 24/7 nudist, I have enough problems sitting on them, and dragging them across the car seat in and out.................Ruhl
my balls and sack have always been relatively small, and ill admit i briefly thought about potential expansion... but then like ruhl i realized my size could be an advantage when getting out of my car naked, etc, and i remember deciding against the effort and risk for limited results...
i also remember telling my kids, when they asked about size, that what mattered most was more about attitude than anatomy...lol

Not healthily. The best (and radical) solution that is permanent that i have seen is removal of the testes and replacement with titanium spheres...saline is the sac and not permanent, scarification makes em bigger but also can kill them, and no one sane will inject them with silicone directly but it has been done clandestinely is horribly dangerous.
