I know it has happened to me, when a couple of timesas I was sitting in public (and I always go commando), they had slipped out the side, but even I had not noticed. Last month I visited a shoe shop to buy a pair of shoes I was commando as usualvand was wearing loose shorts which were very short, the shop assistant was helping me put and try the shoes.
