I know it has happened to me, when a couple of timesas I was sitting in public (and I always go commando), they had slipped out the side, but even I had not noticed. That feeling was exciting to me when it happened! I really enjoy catching a glimpse of other men's balls peeking out!
I generally don't purposefully let my balls show, but I usually
freeball when I am wearing shorts, so it happens from time to
time. I don't make a big deal about it, and so far, nobody
else has either. All men have 'em, and mine aren't that
remarkable! (LOL) Like you, I enjoy a glimpse of another man's stuff when I get the chance.
I do that most times I'm wearing shorts. I buy the shortest shorts
and cut out the modesty lining. I even got some with a 2 inch
inside leg split up the sides. I like it when my balls fall out
into view. I pretend I am unaware that they "accidentally" show. If
I shuffle a bit the legs of the shorts ride up exposing
everything.
I also have a collection of very short skirts or wraps. Some are
see-through which causes amusement when I get close to someone and
they realize they can see everything. The other trick is to bend
over - maybe fastening a sandal.
I NEVER wear anything under my shorts or skirts/wraps
I especially wear baggy shorts, so guys can see my balls. I usually dont let them fall out. Usually let the shorts hang open so then can see up the leg and see my balls. Have gotten lucky because of that, often
I do this too... although I don't have the size of Thom31 !! i enjoy being seen and looking at others. Always freeball, and I've noticed that it is very popular at the gym I go to...another incentive to work out!! lol
I always go commando and had an incident a long time ago. I was sitting on a chair at a party and didn't realize my balls were hanging out until a woman made a big scene. She was freaked out by it and loudly said "OMG his balls are hanging out!" I was really embarassed.
Perhaps she was gay and had never seen a man's balls before?
When I go to a textile beach, I wear trunks with the lining cut out. Occassionally my balls fall out when I'm laying on a towel but no one has made a big deal out it.
