I just bought 2 ball weights/stretchers, one 14mm with 230g and the other 20mm with 340g, do you think is good for start? 4 years ago

Just got a 6oz weight and love it. I've been wearing it at work and home of course. Have a ball strecher coming soon and it's tough to be patient. I'm hoping that together they will compliment each other. Pictures will follow. 4 years ago
