In-person group masturbation
Years ago, at my actual first time at a nude beach; I actually witnessed it. A woman and her partner were tanning spread-eagled on the beach; and the woman started touching herself. A couple of guys walking by stopped to take a look; at which point she started masturbating vigorously; with her partner - probably being a candaulist - encouraging her by spreading her legs even more open. At that point the two guys began masturbating as well, followed by a third. Before they had a chance to conclude, one of the beach "regulars" started screaming at them, sending the masturbating men scurrying off. The couple was then kicked out of the beach. My best friend and I were both stunned and amazed by what we had both witnessed. And I've never forgotten that incident (and neither has my best friend).
It's an idea that I still think about. The nude beach and resort are not the best place to do this as other people would certainly take offense. But what about a more private/adult environment with consenting adults?
My wife and I occasionally go to a couples/adults only nudist venue. The rules there are very relaxed; and my wife and I have hung out there with other couples late into the night. It hasn't happened so far; but what if one couple, while sitting with us chatting, starting caressing themselves? I think I'd be game to join the fun. As modest as my wife is (at least she pretends to be); I know her well enough to know she wouldn't be offended. She'd see it as an "interesting experiment"; that wouldn't lead to sex.

Obviously, that nude beach was not an appropriate location for the woman to be masturbating. It's one thing to be lying spread-eagled on the beach. I doubt that she would have gotten in trouble for that. But what she did was going too far. That behavior would also get one in trouble at most nudist clubs, even those that are for adults only.
(1) Try going to a beach that is more secluded (but not entirely since you want to be watched). You would be less to get into trouble there. Maybe you could choose to sit a short distance from someone you would like to watch you.
(2) Go to a nude beach where there are mostly men. It's unlikely that another male would complain about your wife.
(3) Go to a swinger's club. Most of those clubs would probably be okay with that,
