Why won't cam broadcast?

For the past several days, I haven't been able to get my cam to completely turn on. I initially get the window asking permission to use the cam, but after clicking the button giving permission, the cam doesn't turn on - even though the yellow icon shows it is. Something isn't completing the connection. Thanks for looking into this. NB 09/13/25
