cam in chat room

it amazes me there is little chat in chat room but even worse is the few cams turned on , pretty much anything goes on cams here and the mods are pretty laid back to what you can - can't do . I chatted with someone last night that was certified but a blank profile he was curious but shy about showing and wouldn't cam. some cam but from the neck or navel down and that's ok we need more camming and tired of those wanting to Skype , cam here to me it's a turn off to bed asked to go elsewhere .
