I used condoms from the age of about 20 until approximately 18 months ago . I'd fuck pull out take of the condom and ejaculate and remained HIV negative, as a few of my friends sadly passed away from aids I'm grateful that safer sex means I'm still here, however 18 months ago I began taking prep so I can now go bare , but unfortunately years of condom use mean that when I'm fucking a guy I can't cum while I'm inside him . Has anyone else ever experienced this and if so can you let me know how I can overcome this

I think it may have more to do with age-related factors than your years of using a condom. As we get older, our sensitivity decreases--that's just a fact. But if you have a willing partner (can go for a long fuck), I'd just be patient and change positions a few times to stimulate the cock from different angles. Also, familiarity with a partner, vs random partners, can make a difference.

Clearly, you made the right choice, here you are with this problem! And at least here in the US, there's a good case for continuing use of condoms if you have a lot of partners. We're having a big resurgence of difficult-to-treat STDs.
