Phoenix

I'm new to the group. I live in Phoenix, and I have taken Testosterone injections for about 16 years. For those of you out there who have no experience with the side effects of Testosterone it really shrinks your testicles!! It has really shrunk mine, to the point of embarrassment. I used to have pretty decent sized balls, now my right ball is almost non existent and my left ball is about the size of a walnut. There is nothing medically that I can do about it, except have testicular implants put in but those are not covered by insurance for cosmetic purposes.
So what I'm looking for is advise and some help in where to start. I've always been intrigued by ball stretchers, but I don't have much to hold them there...? Does anyone want to take me under their wing and help me out? Maybe you have some old stretchers that you started off with way back when that you don't use anymore? I am married to my partner of 32 years we are nudists and can always host so if you can help me out we can always get together here.

I'm really serious about this, I'm a nudist and nudists are very body positive, but most of the time it doesn't look like I have any balls. I am motivated to do something about this. I hope someone can help me.

Many thanks
Mark

I can probably only commiserate, both from you've experienced and a lack of definite solutions from any experience.

But thinking about it, stretching sounds like it won't help if there's no underlying volume or weight in your testicles to take advantage of it. I suspect prosthetics or living with your situation may be the only options.

I do find it interesting how the size has changed. Perhaps they were big because they were working so hard to try and increase testosterone whereas now they can effectively sit back and take it easy if the work is being done for them.

Hi guy. Im on T also just started so I hope my balls dont shrink. Even so I always had difficulty getting ball stretchers or weights on. You need someone to help. A friend told me to tie a cord around them tightly and then put stretcher on. This way they dont disappear up inside be sure to untie the cord. Feels nice to have a little swing.

Mark,
I have also been on Testosterone therapy in one form or another for roughly 13 years. My physical right after my 50th birthday revealed my low testosterone level. Turns out I have an undersized pituitary gland. Aside from my hypogonadism, I have hypothyroidism.
One side effect I was warned about early was testicular atrophy. My doctor(s) explained that as we take external testosterone into our bodies, our testicles take the signals from that testosterone and decide "I'm not needed," and don't need to produce testosterone. Similar to how muscles that aren't used start to atrophy.
I too had significant-sized balls, and I feel somewhat disappointed in my current small balls - but realize that it is something that I have to accept. I'm sure, like me, you need testosterone for multiple reasons, not just the libido.
I have always, and still do, love to see big balls - we just have to admire what "they" have and understand our plight. I've explained my situation to people who have asked and they seem to be understanding.

Your Small Balled friend,
Alan

Hi Alan,
Thank you, you are such a sweet guy. Your balls still look really great!! I just thought that if what's left of them hung a little lower they could at least be seen...? ! Maybe?? Oh well not trying to be whiney although I guess I am! lol
Thanks for your advise.

Hi Steve,
Thank you very much for commiserating with me. It is appreciated, I was told by my Dr that they would shrink but I didn't realize how much. I thought that if they hung down a little lower at least they could be seen, small or not...lol It may do nothing but I think it's worth a try.
