My next door neighbors are about 100 or 130feet from my front door. The front of my house kinda looks at the back of theirs . Ive lived here for 4 years now and Ive spoken to the husband many times but never to her. They are in their 60s and shes skinny and looks like she has a decent body. The closest Ive ever come to her was if Im mowing the lawn and shes out in the yard, so maybe 20 feet away.

I reckon she's just comfortable that way and may not have realised she's being observed. If I was wanting to confirm she's aware of my presence, if be 'accidentally' making a sound like putting my coffee cup down a little too hard or dropping my book at the right time and see if there's a reaction and a chance to introduce yourself. She might be genuinely mortified of being noticed or not, but it would be a chance to reassure her that she has nothing to worry about.
