Hi, I know this is a bit late but Ive heard great things about it.

Several years ago I was at a Christmas/Hanukkah party. One of the host was a doctor that teaches others how to do the procedure. Basically they use sound waves to break up plaque/blockages that restricts blood flow through the penis. He also said that one procedure is usually enough for most guys.

Here is the one side effect, an increase in girth! At the time he asked if anyone wanted the procedure done for free. They needed subjects for the instructional class.

Don't really know if it helps cos I use it as a toy so exciting and horny already. Might not be same but turns up to painful level on full it hurts
