Nude Yoga

Until my accident in 2013, I practised yoga in the nude for 20-30 minutes almost every morning. It has been such a relaxing, yet arousing experience which set me up for the day. I feel it has helped me to prepare mentally and physically to get and maintain erections and to achieve more satisfying orgasms. Shaving my body hair helped me enjoy the experience even more and achieve harder erections. I have found yoga an excellent way of gaining confidence about my body. There are many videos on the Internet which explain yoga positions. I have found that taken slowly, many of them, such as the Warrior, help to harden an erection and improve penis control, whereby it can be moved up and down or side-to side without using the hands.
Many poses expose very clearly those parts of the body around the anus usually hidden from view even when we are naked. Others display the genitals in all their intimate beauty; they open a lady's lips to show her lady parts, or display a man's scrotum and penis magnificently.
These are some of my favourites:
* lying on your back, put the soles of your feet together and bring them towards your chest. Arms inside your legs, bring your hands round to clasp them in front of your feet. This is a common yoga position. Alternatively the feet can be brought together behind your head, leaving your arms free. A variation is to keep the legs and cheeks wide apart by holding the inside of each knee with the inside of each elbow. All of these positions strengthen the thighs and open the cheeks and crevice.
* Another position is simply kneeling on all fours, legs wide apart, stretching the torso up and own, like a cat when stretching itself.
* Another pose is to kneel down, knees wide apart, lean back and steady yourself by holding your heels.
I often used these and other yoga poses when I worked as a nude model in art schools and a number of privately arranged venues.
* Particularly for lady models when they want to display their tits, there is also this one: sitting cross-legged with each foot resting on the part of the opposite leg above the knee - or as near as possible - (lotus position), clasp your hands behind your neck to push out your chest and show your arm pits. The lotus pose can be used with other arm positions. I found that it puts pressure on my bum hole and helped to maintain erections, and can be expected to help nipple erections for the ladies.
* If an armchair is available, this can be used to stretch the thigh muscles very pleasurably in an easy position which can be held for a long time: in the reverse of the normal direction of sitting, rest each thigh on one arm of the chair, with your chest and arms resting on the back of the chair. This stretches your thighs and opens your cheeks to great effect.
* Another exercise is standing feet wide apart, run both hands together down each leg in turn.
For me, yoga has been a wonderful, pleasurable experience. The only equipment needed is a soft mat at least 2 feet x 4 feet. I have never attended yoga classes. I always practised it in the nude, using poses I chose from books and later, the Internet, and at times when my hormones called me. Yoga has added to the liberating experience of nudity by exposing those parts of my body at least partly hidden even when I am naked and has helped to add my anus to the repertoire of sites for pleasurable experimentation. When I was young, sometimes I would have a spontaneous orgasm with 3 or 4 spasms of ecstasy before I could finish - an explicit expression of the pleasure it gave me.
