Whats up with private gallerys?

I have been surfing around on this group and though its supposed to be oriented towards the exhibitionist, hence the name Exhibitionist, almost all of the members have private profiles. Whats up? Curious to understand why.

Not me. All my pics are here for all to see. I also will let, and encourage anybody and everybody to take pics of me nude and do whatever they want with them. Does that make me an exhibitionist?
