I totally agree with you on all of the above Prep has given me a lot of freedom, I notice that I increasingly don't think about condoms unless a guy asks, to get Prep in the UK you have to receive regular check ups for HIV and other Sti's , on my last visit almost 6 months ago , I spoke with the nurse who asked how I was doing, I explained that I wasn't having any physical side effects but that psychologically I struggled , I started the conversation with , I know this sounds crazy , but .... I then told him that I sometimes felt by going bb I was betraying the memory of my friends who had died of aids, the nurse was great told me how I felt wasn;t crazy and not uncommon in men of my generation he didn't make any judgement one way or the other but telling him about it made me feel better ,and it helped me feel more relaxed about bareback sex, both as a top...........and sometimes a bottom
