July 3 getting ready for the 4th
I have been away, just returning to Florida and curious about Apollo Beach #5. I understand that the beach is open starting at noon every day. Is this correct. Do people have to wear masks at the beach? Any thing else worth knowing. Are the rangers active?

So we found ourselves at the beach yesterday July 19. Got to the line in front of the gate right at 11:30. I counted 30 cars (and 1 tour bus) in front of me and I could not see them all. At 12 noon when they opened up the line it moved quickly. 7 minutes for us to get to the gate. We drove to lot 5 and it was full. By the time we got back to lot 4 it was almost full and filled up while we were getting our stuff together. I later talked to a guy at lot 5 that said he got there at 11:15 and got the second to last spot in lot 5.
The beach was great!
