Actually I did not see a lot of fucking Cap in the dunes and what i did see many guys were using condoms and on me as well. A friend went at a different time and he told me the police were going into the dunes giving people tickets as well. I have another friend who told me there are better places to fool around at Cap and that are more private, like clubs etc.
