I am HIV- and of course want to stay that way. So many guys give me some kind of lecture when I tell them I am a bare backing bottom, and have been for a long time. I guess it was just good luck and honest poz tops that I never seroconverted.

In recent years most all of my poz friends have become non-detectable. It is so great now to enjoy them all to the fullest !

I tried to go on PreP a few years ago, but other health conditions (kidney function) would not allow it.

The main reason I always bareback is because condoms give me fissure on my butt hole. (And condoms feel horrible!)
