In the right settings, I love to be the one that is nude even if nobody else is or in the least amount of clothes that will pass muster. As far as sex goes, I enjoy sex with other people around--baths, sex clubs, bars, etc. But I like to be in control of that. Haven't done any videos or photo shoots. I enjoy a fantasy of doing them, but not interested in having those images out in public without any control of them.
And what's exhibitionism got to do with freeballing? A LOT! Wear lose shorts and your bits hang out into view. Wear a kilt or a wrap (the shorter the better) and you are displaying at every turn. Or wear loose trousers which might "accidentally" fall down...
I had already enjoyed a light wind lifting my kilt right up as I unloaded the hire car at Marseilles airport. I had just put it on and wondered why. Then, a few hours later, we were in a big, crowded lift at London Heath Row airport. I heard two men discussing whether I was wearing underpants. I was queueing for the toilet on a Ryanair flight, wearing my kilt. A drunken hen party on the back two rows asked the question (is there anything under the kilt?). So I showed them a back view - of my naked butt. They asked for the front view too.
I have often given the ladies a front view whilst waiting in an airport. But I decided not to this time as the air steward was stood nearby.
