Nudity only at lot 5

A friend of mine that is a regular at Apollo said they are now enforcing the no nudity policy at lot 4 also. in the past if Lot 5 parking was full we could go back to lot 4 if parking was available there and walk down south of the few textiles there and be nude with nothing said by the rangers. Has anyone heard this or know anything about it.
