I'm not poz myself but have dated a few guys who are, and while I stayed healthy was able to engage in activities with them which were satisfactory to both of us.

Those who are poz without knowing or doing anything about it might endanger others, those on medication don't. We can rightly say we're healthy - on a pill a day, no virus.
