RE: Weights

Hey Shyguy - even in warm weather you should start light and work your way up. Your balls and sack need time to adjust. Just like lifting weights, you don't start out with 100lb dumbbells.

I know. I have a smaller one now as well. Thanks.

I've hung heavy things from my balls, tied on with string. I'll work up to the stretching rings with a weight hung fromthem.

OK, so has anyone else gotten together with a bud and connected your balls with his balls via some soft rope and played tug-o-war?
A great way to turn ball stretching into a shared activity.
Just a nice little twist when your bating together. :-)
