The look at your cock and and quickly look back up thing would seem to suggest curiosity (by whatever measure) but a problem having to overcome very difficult to remove taboos from the mind. I cannot be sure about you but I and indeed many others had a lot of trouble ridding ourselves of the nudity taboo, which was usually installed within us at an early age.
