Nudity in Vermont

I heard that 251 towns & cites in Vermont allow nudity in public, provided that there is no sexual intent. I would like to hear from anyone in Vermont if this is true.

I haven't been there, but I chat on discord with a guy up there and he goes nude all the time. I've seen pictures of him in public.
