Ball weights / Stretchers

Hi I've wanted to try ball stretching for a while but get a bit overwhelmed with all the different types of stretchers to buy. Does anyone have some advice please if the silcone/rubber ones are good to start and easy to get on please?

What are some of yalls fav sites to buy ball stretchers off of?

What if the set screw strips out or gets crossthreaded?
